FIFA posted a special program of more than half an hour on Edson Arantes do Nascimento, eternal Pelé and a video with testimonials from several international idols.
The ex-footballer, who was born on October 23, 1940 in the city of Três Corações in Minas Gerais, also received a tribute from the Brazilian soccer team that stated in a statement: “Pelé transformed Brazil and changed the history of the sport itself.
